A character education program

can have a positive impact on the wider school community, encouraging core values like respect, responsibility, and compassion, which foster a more caring environment. Employing a character education curriculum in our school improves self-discipline and determination, which would have a positive effect on academic grades, assignments, andsocial relationships in school community.

Students learn that they are citizens in a broader community and learn the value of civic duty beyond their own wants and desires to help make the world a better place, even in the face of complex or disturbing events.

The program is implemented through several ways  (guest speakers, field trips, school campaigns (e.g. anti-bullying and healthy-living campaigns), visiting orphanages and fundraising, etc.)
