Advanced Placement is a program
by the College Board, the AP Program offers college -level courses and exams that students can take in high school . The courses are designed to give the experience of an intro-level college class while still in high school. In some colleges ,students can get college credit for class by passing the AP course .

AP classes can boost college applications ,and are a requirement for many colleges in Europe, USA and Canada Since AP courses are challenging and require students to study for a comprehensive exam, they teach students skills that will help them in college classes.
Students can sign up for an AP course through the school designated AP coordinator who will help with the process and an exam fee as well as a class fee will be required .
